FelixFlows ("we", "us", "our") respects the privacy of all users of our service. This privacy policy describes what data we collect, how we use it and what rights you have. FelixFlows is a product of VICS, based in the Netherlands.
2. What data do we collect?
2.1 Account data
When you create an account, we collect:
- Name and email address
- Profile photo (optional, via Google or manually uploaded)
- Verification data for login
2.2 Form data
Data you collect via forms you create in FelixFlows, including responses from your visitors and lead information.
2.3 Website Analytics
When you use our analytics feature, we collect anonymised visitor data from your websites, including:
- Page views and visitor numbers
- Referral sources (referrers)
- Device and browser information
- Estimated country and city based on IP address (the IP address itself is not stored)
2.4 Integrations
When you connect external services (Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, email), we store the required tokens and connection data encrypted to make the connection work.

- Displaying analytics and reports in your dashboard
- Sending emails via sequences on your behalf
- Synchronising calendar data for scheduling features

4. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your data to third parties. We use the following services for the operation of FelixFlows:
- MongoDB Atlas — database hosting (EU)
- Vercel — application hosting
- Bunny CDN — file storage (EU)
- Resend — email delivery
- Google OAuth — login via Google
5. Cookies
FelixFlows only uses functional cookies that are necessary for the operation of the service, such as session cookies for authentication. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
6. Security
We take the protection of your data seriously. All connection data for integrations is stored encrypted. Communication with our servers takes place via HTTPS. Access to data is limited to authenticated users.
7. Your rights (GDPR)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to:
- Request access to your personal data
- Request rectification of incorrect data
- Request deletion of your data
- Transfer your data (data portability)
- Object to the processing of your data

8. Retention period
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all your data — including forms, responses, leads and analytics — will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
